Fall Out Boy is an American rock band formed in Wilmette, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, in 2001. The band consists of vocalist/guitarist Patrick Stump, bassist Pete Wentz, guitarist Joe Trohman, and drummer Andy Hurley. The band originated from Chicago’s hardcore punk scene, with which Wentz was heavily involved.

The group was formed by Wentz and Trohman as a pop punk side project of their respective hardcore bands, and Stump joined shortly thereafter. The group went through a succession of drummers before landing Hurley and recording their debut album “Take This to Your Grave” (2003), which became an underground success and helped the band gain a dedicated fan base through heavy touring, as well as some moderate commercial success. Now they have their sixth studio album out called “American Beauty / American Psycho”. Coming with eleven tracks this album takes you by the hand and drags you along. Catchy melodies, easy going choruses that you will be able to sing along to while listening to them for the first time. Fall Out Boy spread positive vibes from the second you press play on this record. The first single release was “Centuries”. A song that sounds like an anthem, a song that never gets old, no matter how many times it is being played. But that song is only a small part of what this album has to offer.

Fall Out Boy created yet another album that you can listen to 24/7 and not get tired of it.
