Florian Grey took his first musical steps quite early in bands, but also during a vocal education.
He could develop his vocal abilities steadily as a studio singer and by guest appearances with various bands. Florian Grey’s musical roots are in rock / gothic rock with a proper dose of pop.
He proves his songwriter creativity by interweaving different genres. The result is a pretty unique sound. In 2006 he founded the DarkRock band EvesEnd which attained national fame. After he left EvesEnd he worked as a guest singer for different projects. In 2013 he returned on stage as a solo artist and has now finally released his debut album which is called “Gone”. Dark and gloomy this album is opening the door to a world full of shadows, shadows created by Florian Grey with his music. Melancholy meets melody on “Gone”. All songs are catchy and carry quite a depth, not only because of the lyrics. Florian Grey is playing with his voice, using it to create atmospheres and to carry emotions that easily infect you while listening.
“Gone” is much more than only a debut album by a musician that is trying to be heard. “Gone” will be the beginning of a long and dark journey through the world of Gothic clubs and festivals.
