The Swiss formation Tempesta makes Hard Rock music. The band is founded in 1993 by vocalist Reto Thalmann. The band released a debut called “Platinum” in 2002 and in 2013 the band came with a fourth full length album called “Unbounded”. This year another release is ready for the world, “Roller Coaster” is out now.
Twenty years anniversary on stage has been there for the band, surely quite some years on the counter and when listening to the album it makes sense as well. When listening to the album “Roller Coaster” you are presented a mature sound. Commercial hard rock, sounding like it all have been given a lot of thought. Some catchy refrains make it very easy to have these tracks stuck in mind. Title song “Roller Coaster” has also been released as a single and it makes sense as the song could summarize what the album is about in one song. A lot of passion taken out of every day life and formed into a wild raging song by Tempesta. Compare this to their previous album and you know they have taken it all to the next level.
Ok, maybe “Roller Coaster” is not bringing you something you haven’t heard before, but hell it’s catchy and an album you can sing along with right away. A typical feel good album.
