C.T.P. (Christian Tolle Project) is born after Christian had done many bands and felt like starting something new. Now on lead of his own project he came with a debut album in 2000. Anno 2012 C.T.P. comes up with the third full length album called “The Higher They Climb”.

C.T.P brings a nice collection of Melodic Rock. It’s full of energy and surely brings all positive vibes to the surface. Of course Christian invited several guest vocalists for this album as heard before on the previous releases and he has some nice names to fulfil these vocal duties on “The Higher They Climb”. Listen to tracks as “Love Crash”or “That’s My Name” and you’ll hear David Reece (ex-Accept) but also Michael Voss (Mad Max) and Paul Shortino (King Kobra) are to be found on this release. This may hint you right into the direction of what music you may expect if you have not heard it before. Christian himself made sure he created some time to highlight his own input as well, not letting the names overshadow it but with the different vocalists there is the little remark to make. It may be a bit harder to catch a red thread in the songs because they stand quite on their own. That is only a little thing, the individual songs are full of passion and well composed so it is worth to listen to, but Christian must be careful that it does not end up as a sampler of himself.
