Sons of Sounds is a German formation making Heavy Metal. The band is releasing their album “In The circle of The Universe” at this moment.
The guys formed this band in 2007 and talk about making ‘free Metal’. Most bands prefer to be paid for their work. Probably that was meant as a description of their sound though. But to be fair, if you want to describe what these guys are doing you could simply say: whatever WASP is doing for the band seems inspired by Blackie Lawless and co. It is the music, the way of writing their songs and also the vocals that have close connections to the American giants and although they are not quite there yet it is not much of bad choice to do so. The riffs are interesting enough and the songs are having that catchiness that attracts many listeners.
We would like to see the guys look a bit more to what they can put in there from themselves though, set themselves apart from it. That would be a bit more unique, but the band does not lack skills to get to that point. Some more releases, some more time to grow and then it would be likely that they find their way and are able to create an album that has more identity.
