Raubtier is a Swedish industrial metal band from Haparanda. On 25 March 2009 they released their first album “Det finns bara krig” (“There is only war” in English). However, their first single “Kamphund” had already become a hit on the Swedish radio station Bandit Rock 106,3. This is their fifth album.
“Bärsärkargång” comes with twelve songs. All lyrics are in Swedish. Like a viking or berserk anthem, this album is marching through your mind. Heavy shredding on the guitars, double kick on the drums and growled vocals, complete the Viking image. The album tells the tale of a battle and its battlefield up in the north. There is no need to understand the lyrics as the melodies let you feel the story from within. Energetic and powerful, Raubtier is pushing you through these twelve songs. Showing you how rough times can be, but that there is no time to surrender, but instead keep going forward.
Raubtier created a brilliant metal album that will move you onto the battlefield of the mosh pit and get you going. With a fist up in the air and a roar in your throat, “Bärsärkargång” is yours to go along to. So go ahead and get it now.
