The Swedish formation Tad Morose has been around since 1991. The band has a bunch of releases on their name and this year adds another one. “St. Demonius” is out now.

Full length number eight. A quite liquid line up, people coming and going, makes that you never really know what you can expect next from them. A surprise at each release so to say, though they have a certain stability in their sound that always remains. The instrumental part is in right order each musician has its own spotlights but never gets overdone. A good balance in that is brought. Then, vocals by Ronny are adding a sense of drama to it. It is his add that makes the face of the band come forward.
In songs like “Black Fire” the guys show a bit more diversity by bringing down the tempo to pick up again. A playfield that is created a good dynamic into it. This they embrace in more songs and seem to work well for them.

“St. Demonius” is an album that has a lot to offer for Power Metal fans. It shows a band that knows what they want with their release. A strong basis and the musicians to back it up with make it pleasant to listen to.
