Randal Joseph “Joey” Cape (born November 16, 1966) is an American singer, songwriter and producer. Active since 1989, Cape is best known as the frontman of the California punk rock band Lagwagon. This is his third solo album and is called “Stitch Puppy”.
Joey Cape is mainly accompanied by a cello and an acoustic guitar, sometimes also a piano, on “Stitch Puppy”. Deep lyrics sung with a strong voice that Joey Cape definitely knows how to use. Some songs are faster and catchier, so you can actually move along to, whilst others are slow and thoughtful.
