Danko Jones is a Canadian rock band from Toronto, Canada. The band consists of Danko Jones (vocals/guitar), John ‘JC’ Calabrese (bass guitar) and Rich Knox (drums).

Founded in 1996 they have now released their seventh full length studio album and called it “Fire Music”. Eleven tracks that blast right at you when pressing play. Loud vocals and kick ass guitar riffs blow your mind. The vocals are strong and take over with the attitude it carries. The catchy melodies get you going along right away. Moving and nodding along with the beat, humming the melodies, all that happens during the first time listening through. So you can only imagine how this will evolve with each listen. This album definitely carries fire and spreads it, infecting you with the heat it pushes you through until the end. “Fire Music” gets your adrenaline level rise and your heart beat faster. Danko Jones is causing riots yet again with their bashing music. You have no chance to sit still while listening. And they do keep it up for all twelve songs! “Fire Music” is definitely kicking ass.
