Weareoff is a German four-piece that revives 80s synth pop music and put it on their debut album which they called “Objects in Motion”. This is their second release after an EP in 2010. “Objects in Motion” comes with ten tracks.
Reminding of the early Depeche Mode, Weareoff takes you on a time travel back to the 80s. Catchy melodies and great lyrics wrapped together on “Objects in Motion”. Old school 80s synth pop with a slight touch of new wave makes the music perfect to not sound like a rip-off from the original and like every other new wave release. Weareoff found the perfect balance of old and new. Reflected in “Objects in Motion” the album sounds natural and authentic which causes the music to fit in perfectly. Listening to it leads to comfort with the music, no disturbing oddities that interrupt the ease of listening. “Objects in Motion” goes by smooth. Ten brand new tracks on a great debut album created by Weareoff. An album that is a must have for all synth pop fans and Depeche Mode fans, but not only. Give it a shot and go get the debut album of Weareoff now. “Objects in Motion” is available now.
