The UK supergroup “Snakecharmer” was formed in 2011. The self titled album released this year.
Note for the music newbies: how to be powerful. It’s easy, just give the band this kind of names that beating some iconic things. This is also the way how to please audience and show what you supposed to be. Considering that the band “Snakecharmer” includes two former members of “Whitesnake” some questions are just irrelevant. Despite of any facts there is not kind of album which could be mentioned as “easy listening” and “destroy after listening”. I will try to describe why. The skillful bluesy music is provides deep thoughts and sounds fresher than music made by youngsters these days. The cosmic work of keyboards, long guitar solos and lungs crying out remind of sweet era of 80’s and. Particularly, I could mention couple of tracks. The first is “A little rock & roll” which soft, mild, melodic and harrowing. The second is ballad “Falling leaves” that literally reminds of falling leaves which whirling in the air and not hurry to fall down. Just wonderful. And fascinating last track “Cover me in you” is mighty ending which provides thoughts of bright future.
The albums is worthy for music lovers, especially hard rock lovers.
