Marilyn Manson is US band most known of outrageous behaved frontman. This year the shock rockers branded the album “Born villain”.
The marching chords of “Hey, cruel world” salute to all whom may concern (the ones missed the iconic rebels and sure the ones just scared of seeing and hearing their return). You realized Manson is back after listening to the “No reflection” with signature combination of groaning, hissing, whispering, screaming and synthetic accompaniment. In addition, there is another high-budged horror (and romantic) video for that song. Hellcome back to the times of “Mechanic Animals”! 100 % Marilyn Manson sound tracks “The Gardener” and “Children of Cain” must be heard. Manson isn’t Manson if he didn’t write song such as “Murderers Are Getting Prettier Every Day”. Where the moral is “deadly dead”.
The wonderful part of album is the last track. That is nothing but cover of Carly Simon’s song. What Manson is really good at, that’s covers. Everyone heard “Sweet dreams” and “Personal Jesus”. Let see would “You’re So Vain” be so good to become soundtrack for movies at least.
Don’t think twice. Marilyn Manson was born this way. The villain or not, “I’m not a man enough to be human but I’m trying to fit it and I’m learning to f-f-f-fake it”. Bend your knees!
