You Slut! is an instrumental Math Rock formation from UK. The band is coming with a second full length release called: “Medium Bastard”.

By reading the name you may have expected something else than what you actually get. These guys bring their instrumental rock tunes with a bit of a jazzy influence here and there. The tempo is a playfield they gratefully use and abuse within their sound. The band is not there to work with one climax within a song but rather takes you into the tension rollercoaster and sets you with the knowledge that you can only expect the unexpected. The band uses quite bright and happy tones, setting the mood of it straight next to an upcoming summer right when it releases and this surely helps in their advance. You feel like you are in a summer mood, walking the boulevard and sit down at club that has a band like them entertaining their customers while the late night sun leaving a warm glow over the set.
“Medium Bastard” is an album that sets a good mood, the guys have made an album that flows easily and makes you want to listen to it again and again to hold on to that good mood.
