Fragile Child is a German gothrock/industrial formation which started in 2005. After being a solo project at first, they are now working as a duo and earlier in 2011 the band released an EP called “Selfhate”. At the end of the year they released a full length album called: “Pulse Of Life”.

A diverse album comes from these Germans, hear acoustic and electric come together. Yet, transitions between these are not making the individual songs stand apart from each other in such a way that it becomes odd. They found a way to make it mellow and comes together. Keys are often the main factor that binds it all. In the track “Escape” the band has femme Steffi Weingarten featuring, making this track one that would be charts material, working its way there via the clubs. The clear sounds the band uses are bringing a mellow atmosphere and easy to feel. The last two tracks are both much darker and bring a contrast to it all again. “Pulse Of Life” is an album that shows the diversity of this formation once again. From full up-tempo with harsh male vocals, to gorgeous piano parts. And above all, the ability to make it all work within one record.
