Iperyt is a Death/Black metal formation. Their origin is in Poland and they exist since 2005. “No State of Grace” is the band’s second full length album.
Quite an aggressive sound these guys throw into your face as soon as the record start playing. They have an industrial side of them in here as well and this results in sounds that sometimes come close to my crashing computer. In some way it seems like the band want to hold a line to the grind core, without having the stereotypical vocals in there. Not the thing you like to hear too often as you might imagine. Also, the band seem to be searching for a certain sound and make it sound like they are going after that no matter what, while for the better it may have been more plausible to make different choices. Stick to what came in mind may indicate someone who knows what he wants but also into some who is just very stubborn. What it is in this case may only be subject of guessing. Lyrically, this comes back as well. There are just plenty points that this band still has to work on. What the positive points of this album are: the tempo being quite up and a good use of the vocals in the sound.
