Die Chihuahua Die! is a band from Wales. They released their album “Bitch Songs” recently.

Hyperactive vocals in a Punk Rock environment, the tempo is on it all songs and the guys don’t give you a second to calm down and let it sink because on and on it goes with another outburst of energy. So after 25 minutes they are done and it went all by quite flashy. The songs have a the potential to get picked up easily, but also because they are somehow recognizable. The band does not bring the most original sound, which pushes this fact into your hands even more. A bit of metal influences are to be found as well. Think Megasus, the chaos that comes with them can be found in here as well. As soon as the lyrics are heard, which causes the catchiness, it’s easy to adopt those words, it may become a bit harder to get track off the instruments as sometimes they seem out of control, running up and down in each direction as if there is no organization at all. Let’s not forget we are dealing with a Punk band and let songs as “Knife Sex”, “Action/Fuck/Action” or “Blowgoat” speak to your imagination.
So, not that original, not too organized and a whole lot of chaos. Definitely an album that may crack the music work into the two camp of haters and lovers with a wide empty gap between them, so be aware that this album is not for pussies and give it a try if you are not afraid of some chaos.
