In the summer of 2004 the two long-time friends Tomas Olsson and Fredrik Bergh decided to go back to their musical roots and start a metal band, they formed Bloodbound. They released their first album, Nosferatu, in 2005 and their second, Book of the Dead, in May 2007. The brainchild of former Street Talk members Fredrik Bergh and Tomas Olsson, the band has also included Michael Bormann (Jaded Heart), Urban breed (Tad Morose) and Pelle Åkerlind (Morgana Lefay). Their debut album “Nosferatu“ featured former Tad Morose singer Urban breed on vocals. Based solely on the strength of their debut album, the band opened for Evergrey and headlined day one of the Gothenburg Metal Festival. Now they released their fourth album.
Eleven tracks put together on the new album by Bloodbound called “Unholy Cross” are released now. The new album of the Swedes is a must have for all 80s fans. “Unholy Cross” and Bloodbound. With epic riffs and amazing vocals Bloodbound revive 80s metal.
