Hajk is a Norwegian pop band. In 2017 they came with a debut and anno 2019 it is time for a follow up. It is called “Drama” and it is available now.

Electronic music, the typical pop music as you see in the charts. He album opens with quite a bit of drama, to stay with the theme. When getting to “Get It Right” we hear female vocals that are quite calm. The song itself is not sticking around long, but flows well enough.

“Time To Forget” is a more innovative song, the mix of different elements is giving them something interesting, which is needed very much, hoping for a more uptempo song you won’t find much of that. You will find the serene “Tokyo” a bit of a highlight by when the album reaches its end you realize that the album seems a bit stuck in the same thing throughout. Drama, yes that’s one name for it.

All the qualities of an amazing pop act here, who can bring you some chartmaterial but lost in their own tracks. Blind for the whole thing as a product, they are risking people not sitting through all of their songs, which is a pity.
