2006 was the year three amigos did the same thing that many bands do, rehearse and rehearse with a dream to reach out to the world with their music. These guys had something special and three years later they’re ready to drop their third album, Age Of Hysteria – A great album, which the trio had the confidence and self-belief to produce themselves. By assuming production duties they’ve had full control over the sound of the album and consequently they have finally created the album that they always where longing for. You can recognize the sound from the two previous albums, Seven Hundred Days (2007) and Heroes Wanted (2008), an energetic force with wonderful melodies, and enough attitudes to push you up against a wall and leave you speechless. This is simply a fantastic New School Punk album, and when we say fantastic we mean world class.
This is the third album of Neverstore called “Age of Hysteria”. Punk music is what Neverstore play. Catchy and thriving the three guys make you jump along to their songs. The choruses are easy to sing along and very catchy as well. Easy going they lead you through the album. Some songs remind of Blink 182. The punk music of Neverstore on “Age Of Hysteria” is very refreshing to listen to. The music sounds very professional. The album cover is very interesting; it has birds and medicine on it as well as a huge necklace with a dollar sign. Inside the booklet you can find the lyrics and band picture. Besides that there is also a lot more to discover. “Age of Hysteria” is an awesome album, new punk refreshing your ears. Neverstore from Sweden is a band to remember and keep in your player.
