Finland is known to have a quality guarantee when it comes to metal. Based in Tampere, the second largest city of the country, Egokills are an excellent addition to that music heritage. The band is new, but make no mistake, these five bearded guys are not newcomers. Their debut album Creation is packed with carefully crafted songs, strong riffs and massive choruses. Vocalist Janne Selo, guitarists Niko Viita-aho and Paavo Pekkonen, bassist Mika Pusa and drummer Vilho Rajala have a vast experience of playing in different bands. Pekkonen toured Europe and the US with Bloodpit and Pusa toured Europe with Vanguard. Viita-aho surfaced with Malegria and Rajala with My Fate…
And so their story continues. Now the band has a new album that goes by the name of “Creation”. Coming with eleven songs, the album lasts for almost fifty minutes. Loud music comes at you when pressing play. The edgy vocals carry a slightly dark spirit. The melodies support that impression. Wandering between metal and rock music, Egokills created their own sound.
“Creation” comes with eleven songs. Each song has its own spirit and story to tell. So let the music take you in and enjoy the brand new Egokills album “Creation”.
