In 2012 three Italian musicians had the idea of playing some heavy metal tunes in a very different way. They made a selection of the songs they liked the most, and started rearranging them into a folk-pop style.This is their sophomore album and goes by the name of “Did You Mrs. Me”.

The brand new album “Did You Mrs. Me” is filled with famous metal songs. But all in a very unfamiliar style. Soft and joyful the female singer brings the words to your ear whilst the band arranged some catchy melodies that will get you dancing along. Not in a mosh pit but in a happy and fluffy way instead. The album brings the spring into your ears. If you don’t listen closely to each song, you might not even recognize them as covers. The music causes your mind to wander and plants dreams and images in your head.

“Did You Mrs. Me” by Driving Mrs. Satan is their sophomore album and comes with eleven songs. They last for forty-four minutes in total and open a different world to you. Metal songs played in a candlelight version with a female vocalist. A beautiful idea. Give it a listen.
