Formed in 2009, Mortal Infinity is a five-membered modern thrash and groove metal band from Altötting, Germany. They play a style of mainly thrash metal, with some death metal, and new wave of American heavy metal influences. They are stated to be influenced by thrash metal bands such as Metallica, Exodus, Pantera or Testament and modern bands such as Lamb Of God. This is their debut album “Final Death Denied”.
The album comes with ten tracks and will push you into your chair when listening. With strong and heavy music, Mortal Infinity gets the metal heart beat faster. The growled and shouted vocals are combined with a double kick on the drums and shredding on the guitar, but all that without losing the melody. The album lasts for fifty five minutes. But even after the last note has ceased, the music is still swinging. You can feel the passion for the music, which the band carries in their hearts. A great debut album.
Mortal Infinity pulls you into their own heavy and dark world. The music will get your muscles twitch and your head bang along. “Final Death Denied” is a great album for all metal fans out there. Let’s see what the guys come up with next.
