ScaRveD is a female fronted Rock formation that started back in 2012. In 2014 the band released their debut album called “Dynamite” which we received now to tell you about.
Anno 2015 the band has the album ready to be distributed further in Europe and so we have a look at it. What you get with these rockers is a combination of the typical Sleaze stuff from the past and a bit more modern style. A balance that shows that they have no intention to simply recreate what has been done before, but rather look for an own twist. Of course you will still find references to familiar sounds in their release, but it is good to see they gave it a bit more of an own face.
The musicians individually seem to have their skills, but sometimes the compositions could grow a bit stronger, a bit more teamwork and not too much of a struggle to have each in their own spotlight. That would benefit them, but for a first release they don’t have anything to worry about. Time to grow they can create themselves, it is in there and with the right effort it will come out more and more.
