The Polish guys of Horror of Naatu formed their band only in 2013. A rather young act that comes with their first EP “No Hore For No One” at the end of 2014, now available worldwide.
The guys bring some strong Death Metal to us with this very first release. A nice introduction, seeing the cover of the EP, we right away see that the war theme will be represented. The duo stands for quite traditional Death Metal in a raw and pure form. Nothing to spice it up, for it simply is not needed. In six tracks you get a good image of what they are up to and as a bonus to this release there is a cover of Cannibal Corpse (“Put Them To Death”) to be found which suits in line with what the other tracks are representing.
You may argue that with an act like them, you may not get something new or different from what is out there, but the guys show they are up for providing you with some quality. This is only their first release and perhaps they will give their sound a bit more identity, or maybe not. If the quality remains, we’ll keep on listening.
