Blue October is an American rock band from San Marcos, Texas. The band was formed in 1995. It has been two years since their last release. Now Blue October released “Sway”. Other than the past two albums “Approaching Normal” and “Any Man In America” this album is much more peaceful.

With the past two album Justin had worked through his past, a troubled past. When listening to “Sway” you can tell he has found peace and feels happy now. Or happier at least. Like we know it from Blue October this album is reflecting a part out of Justin’s life. “Sway” is telling about the greatness life has to offer, the joy it can bring and the beauty within. About how good it feels to have overcome a storm and to watch a calm see and the blue sky. Most of the songs on “Sway” were inspired by Justin’s wife and the new found hope in life. The new album is very heartwarming and touching. Infecting you with all the emotions it carries, such as hope, joy, thankfulness, and strength. “Sway” is a beautiful new album by Blue October.
