Repulsive Aggression is Norwegian formation making Death/Thrash Metal. The band formed in 2008 and comes with their debut album right now at the start of 2013. It is called “Conflagration” and is available now.

The band comes only with a debut but it seems that the guys have a quite straight idea of what their sound must be. The took the parts from the typical old school Death and on the other side some Thrash influences get into it as well. It comes together in an interesting mix which works quite well. It has brutality, balls, attitude as you may expect it. The tracks are a bit stereotypical composed perhaps, maybe a little elaboration into that would have spiced it up some more and set the guys apart from the numerous others on the scene a little more. Some tracks that stand out are “Predator” and “Spawn” as they come quite sharp and straight in the face. The band does not waste time to show what they are up for and that gives them some points. “Conflagration” is a release that is fine for those into the Death/Thrash. The band brings enough quality to give it a try and when they built onto what they have made this time a future release will break them out further.
