The Italian band Eversin is born in 2000. They mix genres as Power Metal and Thrash into their music. The band has been known as Fvoco Fatvo so far, “Divina Distopia” was their first release under the name Eversin. At the very end of 2012 the band comes with a new release called “Tears On The Face Of God”.
The previous release of the band left us with the question if they were quite certain about the direction of what they wanted do with their sound, while listening this album you might conclude they have found their way. They have not stopped with experimenting a bit here and there, but it seems a bit more structured now. Some progress for the Italians, good to see. What strikes a bit against it is the production, sometimes make it feel a bit flat, some more depth in it would have made it even more impressive. Something to work on for the next time, but overall the guy shave made a good impression with their Thrash. It comes with some progressive parts here and there, making it a little playful so don’t expect the most traditional Thrash. “Tears On The Face Of God” is an album that will be in the likes of an open minded listener.
