Rise and Fall is a Belgian hardcore band. Formed 2002 in the aftermath of Belgian bands The Deal and Kingpin, Rise and Fall have become one of the most successful European hardcore bands ever, among the few signed onto American labels such as Deathwish Inc. and Reflections Records. Rise and Fall originates from Ghent, Belgium, known for its ultra loud and powerful live performances. They draw influences from bands such as Black Flag, Converge, Neurosis, Tragedy and Entombed. The band then set out on a self-booked European tour in August 2004, and the following October were picked up by 100 Demons to support them on their European tour. During these tours the band started writing material for their following album.
This is their tenth release called “Faith”. The new album comes with ten brand new tracks. All heavier than the previous. Fast double kick on the bass, even faster guitar riffs and shouted vocals let the heart of each hardcore and metalcore fan beat faster when listening to this brand new release. “Faith” is an extremely strong and energetic album with awesome guitar riffs. A must have not only for hardcore fans. All this energy flowing through these ten tracks by the Belgian hardcore band, simply amazing how they captured all this musical passion on record. Kicking ass release, “Faith” is like bullets piercing your flesh.
