Brothers of End is a Swedish indie pop trio from Jönköping, founded in 2006 by Mattias Areskog, Bengt Lagerberg and Lars-Olof Johansson Ståle. The three have known each other since they were 15 years old and taught each other how to play music. After an The Cardigans concert years later they decided to start a band of their own to create something new, something different. And so Brothers of End came to existence. They have now released their second album called “Mount Inside”.
The new album of the three Swedish musicians is a very relaxed one. The Swedes created an album full of interesting indie music: strange melodies that sound a little odd and hollow along with great lyrics. It seems like the music on “Mount Inside” is taken right out of life, with all its ups and downs. Also on “Mount Inside” you can find fast and slower songs as well as happy and sad songs. Brothers of End made their music sound real, not all spiked up in the studio with all the effects and add-ons. The lyrics are awesomely touchy and go right through. Brothers of End have created an album that will stick out of the masses and is able to stand for itself. “Mount Inside” is a brilliant indie pop album that you definitely should check out.
