Dikta is an indie rock band from Iceland. They have released three albums so far. This is their newest called “Get It Together”. The cover shows an Iceland pony.

The thirteen tracks you can find on “Get It Together” are simply pure and refreshing. Some songs on the album are very acoustic, with acoustic guitar or with piano only – or both combined – whereas others are a little faster and more rocking. But all songs on “Get It Together” have a full and big sound that make each song round and seem perfect and complete. The songs are very melodic and catchy. Dikta knows how to make a typical Monday morning feel like a happy Friday afternoon and they definitely prove that on “Get It Together”. The lyrics are awesome and animate you to think about them. Yet won’t they keep you completely bus but you have the choice whether or not you want to think about them. Quite some of the songs will also get stuck in your head for a while. On “Get It Together” Dikta figured out a perfect balance between slow and fast songs. “Get It Together” is a very beautiful album by Dikta that you should definitely check out!
