The electro band Me The Tiger was born in Falun, Sweden, in the spring of 2012. Since the beginning, the band has, among other things, played with Vince Clarke (Depeche Mode), Kite, Panda Da Panda, released an album and several singles, been awarded a diversity scholarship) and been nominated as “best band” on Dalecarlia Music Awards.
Before Peace & Love festival in 2013, music journalist Fredrik Strage selected the band’s song Pocket Sized Edition Ending as one of the best festival songs. Now Me The Tiger has released a new album which is called “Vitriolic”. Wandering between synth pop and electronic dance music, Me The Tiger has created an artistic album with “Vitriolic” that will put a smile on your face when listening. Bright sounds lift the mood and spread joy. The catchy rhythms get you going along. The female vocals vary between soft and doll-like and strong shouting, but not in an aggressive or awkward way. More in a joyful way, animating you to shout, sing or hum along. And you will.
Me The Tiger is a band that enjoys their music and spreads all the positivity they carry in their own hearts amongst everyone who listens to their music. “Vitriolic” could be a summer album, but it sure is a party album. Go ahead and enjoy “Vitriolic”. The great new album by Me The Tiger.
