OhrenTod is a German punk rock band that has been founded in 2010. OhrenTod does how ever the band pleases. Their debut album was released in 2014. This is their brand new album “Zuckerbrot und Peitschenhieb”. It is the second full length release of OhrenTod.
The album comes with thirteen songs. Punk music comes blasting right at you after pressing play. The music seems a little chaotic, so do some vocals. You can tell, that these guys don’t like following rules. At least not when it comes to music. But the lyrics state the same. Each song is straight forward, speaking its mind. Rough and edgy sounds that last for more than forty-four minutes. The band even adds some ska to the music. “Glücklich vergeben” is one of these songs. All lyrics on “Zuckerbrot und Peitschenhieb” are in German. The music causes an urge in you to grab some friends and beer. You might also want to yell along to some choruses and move along to some sounds. Don’t fight this urge.
