The German punk rock band Radio Havanna is back with a brand new album. Called “Unsere Stadt Brennt” they present you ten new tracks that get your muscles twitch. This is their fifth full length studio album. All songs are in German and wander between punk and rock that you could almost call pop with its catchy lines and melodies.

Radio Havanna have come long ways since their debut album in 2005. Ten years of band history and their East German roots had an impact on the boys. One you can hear. Each track on “Unsere Stadt Brennt” is telling a story. Stories about friendship, ups and downs, about never looking back and never giving up. The songs vary between fast and slow, harsh riffs and soft vocals. Edgy yet smooth, easy going yet kicking ass. Radio Havanna has released an album that walks between borders, not falling on one edge only. Impressive. “Unsere Stadt Brennt” is not only an album for punk rock lovers but for everyone who is into good rock music, German rock and music lovers in general. Give them a try.
