Life’s Electric is a Dutch Rock formation. The guys released a debut album in 2012 and right now they are releasing an EP called “Catalyst”.
At this EP we get presented for catchy Rock tunes. Four tracks that captivate you easily, starting it off with “Such A Shame”. The guitars are driving you into it, but the vocals prove to be an excellent guide to bring you into the feel-good atmosphere that the guys bring even though they bring the words of a warning ‘be careful what you are wishing for’. The EP continues with the same energetic vibe and here and there becomes a bit more intense even. As a closer they have the track “Caterpillar” which seem to be a bit more calm and gives you a good change to have your focus on the guitars specifically. Here and there the guys reminds us to the Finnish act Rust, known from the mighty Mikko Herranen.
All tracks on the EP have an international allure so it is just a matter of time until the Dutch have to share this act with the rest of the world. With the EP out, they can get a piece of them before the madness will prevail, a killer next album to be expected!
