H2O is a punk rock band formed in New York in 1995.H2O is a band that had beginnings like any other band. No one could have guessed that a few guys from New York, who started as a one-song side project with former-Sick Of It All roadie Toby Morse and a few friends, would turn into a world-touring powerhouse. They took humble roots and worked their way to add their chapter to the long history of New York Hardcore and they would define the term “melodic hardcore” that would become so common years later. Now they released their sixth full length studio album called “Don’t Forget Your Roots”.
This album comes with fifteen tracks. Covers of bands that influenced H2O. Bands that influenced all of us. Hard and heavy, ass kicking and with full force H2O go through these songs. With a lot of passion and thrive H2O performs those songs as if they were their own. This album is a must have for all punk rock fans, not only for H2O fans. “Don’t Forget Your Roots” definitely reminds you of your roots. This album is a nice journey through punk rock.
