Open City is a hardcore band from Philadelphia. The band had been founded in 2015. Open City is fronted by Rachel Rubino (Bridge And Tunnel, Worriers), backed by Dan Yemin (Lifetime, Kid Dynamite, Paint It Black), Andy Nelson (Ceremony, Paint It Black), and Chris Wilson (Ted Leo and the Pharmacists, Titus Andronicus). This is the self titled album of Open City.
This brand new release comes with ten songs. Each one of them is rough and tough. The vocals are shouted and the rhythms will pull you along. Open City has their very own sound. Fast and thriving, the music is causing your adrenaline level to rise. The female vocals are mainly shouted and screamed. The edgy music is kicking ass while listening.
