Meloco is a German rock band. These guys hail from Nuremberg, Germany. Reinventing rock, they are being supported by friends from that very genre. Meloco has been working hard to present you something. Now these guys released their debut album “Port Noir”. The album includes a feature with Ron Cazatto, the former singer of 4lyn and Roberto Vitacca from Lacrimas Profundere.
“Port Noir” comes with thirteen songs. The vocals on all songs are shouted. With a low and slightly gloomy voice, the singer is guiding you through the album. Most songs come with supportive vocals. Sometimes both voices are close, sometimes they are further apart. The melodies are dark but catchy. The rhythms are quite repetitive but therefore they make it easy for the songs to get stuck in your head. The arrangements are easy but just as catchy. All lyrics are in English and great to memorize as well as singing along. “Port Noir” is a brilliant album to go along to and to have a good time to.
The brand new debut album “Port Noir” by Meloco is a must have for all fans of gothic rock. Dark vocals and catchy tunes will get you going along to the music in no time. Time to press play and enjoy.
