Guitarwizz Axel Rudi Pell is back with another album. This enlarging his immense discography he got together in the over 25 years of his musical solo career. This one is called “Game of Sins” and is out now.

The intro is really not what I expected from Axel Rudi Pell, so I am glad that after the many releases that passed by our desk he can still surprise us. This, turned out later, not only lives with the intro but extends through the whole track list. Sure, it never breaks completely away from the confidential Pell sound, but when looking at the details there is plenty to enjoy. The whole feeling is more melodic than ever, a warm feel-good sound that flows so easily that you really want to keep listening. We are not withheld the usual guitar solo’s but they are not breaking away from the whole band either. Everything seems to fit together just a bit more than ever before. We are getting a ballad as well, “Lost in Love” is serving us well with a little drama, a singalong that will do great on a warm summer night at a festival.

Simply said, Axel delivers once again. And after so many releases there are still some surprises here and there, so one never gets bored listening a new one either. “Games of Sins” is a fine release!
