The band “Gene the Werewolf” is Pittsburgh-landed formation formed by man named Gene the Werewolf and the company in 2006.
First of all, the party animals or rock’n’roll animals aren’t a myth. Doesn’t matter what scene’s size, it’s possible to charge and expand the field of party. But this type of music is perfectly suitable for house party or beating the crap from equipment on the backyard. Here the exciting prove. The video for the “I only wanna rock’n’roll” track. The basic story about having no money and job but huge dream to be powerful rockman posing (or not) with guitar and hope for being attractive to hot women. Basic, go further. I should mention the opening track just because it’s the one of the solid part of the entire album. Then the catchy track “Give it up” which is so 80’s. So heavy metal. Chorus is just unbelievable. And powerful riffs includes also. “The ballad of Gene” is, yes, technically ballad. The three components make the sound harmonious: wide arpeggios, low tempo and soft vocal.
Any party is good. Prepare your ears. And don’t forget to bring couple bottles of beer to the party. What kind of rock’n’roll animal you suppose to be?
