Adam Cohen is a Canadian musician, singer-songwriter, and frontman of the band Low Millions. His first album came out in 1998, but was not an instant success. After that he recorded an album in French which saw light in 2004. Anno 2011 his third full length album “Like A Man” came out.

For some Adam may be the son of Leonard Cohen, but the man himself has been doing quite some releases. In this release Adam clearly founds his inspiration in woman. It may be more than love, when friendship gets included as well. “What Other Guy” is giving an example of great songwriting in which Adam describes that thing that pretty much everyone recognizes in such a way that you feel familiar with it straight away. Although this is probably the strongest song on the album, Adam has some more surprises. In “Overrated” he really knows how to touch your heart and feel for him. This thing he does are not only coming from the words and his voice, but also the way the instrumentals back him up. In a very subtle way, but yet with a surprise here and there. “Like A Man” is simply a wonderful release that you can enjoy time after time.
