Preview: Baroeg Open Air (BOA)

Baroeg Open Air is a yearly open air festival that is organized by the well known venue Baroeg in Rotterdam. This small outdoor festival sets itself apart by their various genres and underground programming. Its location is also something noteworthy, it is held in a spacious green park with lots of trees and shadow. Which creates a relaxed and laid back atmosphere. 

This day you have the chance to see more than 30 national and international bands. There will be four stages showing you our Dutch rock pride Dool, old school industrial by Combichrist, metal from Primordial and Ill Niño. Female melodic metal from Charlotte Wessels, progressive metalcore from our Belgium neighbors Cobra the Impaler, trash from Ektomorph, Electro-folk from Songfestival act GO-A and many dance and electronic tunes which will transform this park into a great festival setting. With all those things you need at a festival like bars and foodtrucks, festival market, a Baroeg-lounge and Heavy Hoempa will create the right vibe throughout the park with their hardrock and metalcovers.
