The German punk rock band Turbostaat had just released their new album “Stadt Der Angst” and are now presenting it live on tour. The tickets to each night are almost fully sold out. Tonight Turbostaat stopped in Luxembourg, a place they don’t get to play often. In a little club called Exit 07, fitting 250 people, Turbostaat was going to rock out with the Luxembourg crowd.

The venue was packed and the air was hot already as Turbostaat entered the stage. Since Turbostaat is a rare sight in Luxembourg, the audience and band were stoked to be here tonight. About ninety minutes full of German lyrics with the audience singing along and moving along to were laying ahead of us. In front of the stage people were moshing from the very second the music set in until the very last when breathing had become hard. Positive vibes filled the venue and everyone was having a good time.

With every thriving song Turbostaat played the air was getting hotter and hotter. Not only because the audience was moving around so much to the songs, but also because Turbostaat was jumping around on stage, rocking out to their songs, singing and dancing, sometimes even along with the audience. Playing old classics and quite a few brand new songs that everyone could sing to, talking to the audience as if they were old friends, Turbostaat was rocking like no other at Exit 07 in Luxembourg. It was an absolutely familiar feeling in the venue. Half way through the show everyone was soaked in sweat and it was getting hard to breath, but the music of Turbostaat kept everyone going, and so did the audience keep Turbostaat playing.

The evening felt timeless and was never going to end, but eventually it had to. Nevertheless did Turbostaat play more than three songs as encore. It was a wonderful night out with the five guys from Northern Germany. They had played all their hits and a good pick of the new album. Turbostaat is always great to see. So don’t miss out on this great live band and feel the energy.
