Blowsight is a band from Sweden. The guys make Melodic Metal and have released two albums so far. “Shed Evil” is released last year as a little teaser for their upcoming album which came out recently. “Life And Death” is now out!
The catchy rockers are back with a new full length album and with this release you get exactly what you got used to from these guys. Steady songs, with a strong instrumental backing, well thought song structures with melodies that are catching the likes of many. Maybe the band did not change that much compared to that latest EP when it comes to the songs self, but why would you want to change a winning factor anyway? Good, must be said that vocalist Nick Red seem to have found a way that makes it all work even better for him. The mix is even better and therefore it comes out strong. The band describes the album as their most mature album until now, which probably points to the fact that the band has really grown into what they are now. The same concept, the same feel but improving a lot in the way it has been done. “Life And Death” is a rock album with international allure, with the right promotion they probably catch a lot of new fans in new areas.
