Releasedate: June 2010; Label: Captive Recordings

Underground Fly is that Polish band that about a year ago came with their album “Awakenings”. Now, they have a new release which is a live album, recorded in Poland.
“Between Fiction and Reality” is out now.
Besides that this album is giving you a live experience for just your ears, the band also included a DVD in the album, interesting bonus material for those who have not enough on the album. Also interesting on this release is the cover, a real eye catcher that makes you look twice at it. Unfortunately, that is pretty much the highlight as well. Fifteen songs are on this release but when you heard them all, the only thing that sticks are the cover songs. Can’t make much out of that, it’s a fact that this doesn’t speak for the band. The other songs are listenable and do good on a live performance but none of them got something special that make you remember this band. If you leave the bar, you forgot the band’s name already and that is a shame, because this was not the image the band left when the second album was released. Good experiment, nice try but hopefully the next release will come from the studio again.
