Ivory Knight – Unity

Ivory Knight is a Canadian Heavy metal formation that is founded in 1987. The band is currently releasing album number three: “Unity”. It is available now.

The band took their time to come with this release, the last one was over a decade ago, but it must be said some solo work has seen light in between. Besides their Heavy Metal foundation they have a melodic approach, making their songs quite catchy and easy to listen. The band has it’s spike of vehemence, giving it that extra body it needs to stay refrain from being a bit too commercial.

Must be said, the album “Unity” is not really giving you that much new under the sun. You will likely have heard an album like this before (a couple of times). But, what speaks for the guys is that they bring it with enthusiasm and charism. On the skills we have nothing to complain either, the band shows of good work regardless it does not always screams of personality.
Looking at this release, you may found yourself a good one for listening on the road, driving to a festival, the blast over the camping area and hook on with your air guitar. Plenty of ways to enjoy it.
