Shores Of Null is a Rome-based metal band formed in 2013 waving the flag of sorrow in the now vibrant Doom metal scene. Their music is a wistful-yet-powerful cascade of riffs, overwhelmingly heavy and soothing at the same time, trading off between gothic-doom vibes and blackened aggression, with epic melancholy-ridden vocal patterns.
The brand new album by Shores Of Null is out now. It carries the name “Black Drapes For Tomorrow” and comes with eleven songs. Each one of them is filled with strong arrangements. Marching forward, Shores Of Null will push you through each song with no one left behind. Some of the backup vocals and bridges are growled which adds a dark touch to the music. The guitar riffs are very melodic while the beating on the drums creates a more or less steady rhythm. This way, the music will get you nodding along at least. “Black Drapes For Tomorrow” is a very melodic metal album with a rough and dark touch. The signature sound of Shores Of Null.
