Findustry is here again and with two days of interesting acts ahead of us we are looking forward to it every time.

Days of Lost - Findustry 2015
The first band is Days of Lost. A quite remarkable presence, a vocalist who reminds to mr Ozzy Osbourne as the glasses were mandatory and seem to change an offstage personality into a persona that loves the entertainment. Already in the first song the drama got so high that we found him lying on the stage. The band plays a more extreme Metal set than we would have expected at first and the strength of the band is to be found in the guitarist who stays a bit in darkness and away from the circus, but takes the spotlight when the time is right for it.

According the band self they have only recently become stable in line up which is probably the live act is not completely without being over the top. (And we mean.. like really OVER it). A step down could easily benefit the band and make them come out stronger on both performance and music side.

Khroma - Findustry 2015
Khroma is ready to play in Helsinki, the lights are on, very present and maybe the reason why people rather watch their show from afar as too much of something is bad enough. But lights there, the energetic performance of the band makes up for a lot. They announced a new album to be ready next year and are currently touring in Europe, but have a few more nights in Finland.

The band played besides their known songs also some new material which kicks into your head right away. A future one that will-be-stuck-in-your-head. Great in line of what you expect them to do if you are familiar with what they have released before, but taking it a step deeper even. A nice sneak preview of what is awaiting us in 2016.

Black Light Discipline - Findustry 2015Black Light Discipline had less effort to put into drawing their audience closer to the stage. Their music itself of course is quite danceable and therefore their fans do not really need much encouragement to get them going.

The guys were a bit plagued with some sound troubles and errors, but nevertheless entertained well. Before you know it there might be a guitarist rocking behind you while you had your attention elsewhere to the stage and so come that the evening was quite on fire while they were onstage. Looking at their show it may be said that it was not their most memorable concert tonight but the guys get away with it with their enthusiasm.

Kilt. - Findustry 2015The last act of the evening started rather late, a bit too late maybe as a lot of people had to leave as it seems. But the ones who stuck around were up for a real treat: Kilt.

Kilt. is not an act that is for everyone, it is music that comes with a certain intensity that you need to be prepared for. Openminded to surrender yourself to the tunes of dark passionate statements. Is Kilt. addressing, you have to listen and let it come to you. Maybe for some it is overwhelming and some others find themselves losing control on the floor, headbanging and rocking. Live it in the moment as before you know it is over. A concert that you can get dragged into when you let to.

The first evening was a starter. Excitement all over and knowing day two was going to double that up makes the whole even more energetic. Each band seem to have their own audience which had to change to find out bands alike.
