POS.:2 – Now!

German duo POS.:2 is ready for the release of their debut album. The ElectroPop formation created fourteen songs to be released on the album “Now!”.

Starting with a certain dose of catchiness the two Germans set the tone of expectations. It may be dark, but catchiness makes that you want to move and dance while hearing it. The band seem to have found their style in mixing a lot of their favourites together into a blend, but here and there may be looking for a stronger identity. Fair enough, it’s only their first.
Before they came to release of this full length the guys have released two singles, “Only Electropop” and the song “Memories” but it must be said that there more potential singles on the album. Sometimes you hope the guys go a little deeper with it though. Some more layers of refinement, some more details and maybe a bit darker as well.

Overall it is clear that “Now!” is an album that listens easily. The songs will find its way in the clubscene and if the guys can match a live experience with the joy of their album, there is not really much that stands in their way to develop and grow substantially.
