Electric Six is the Detroit-rock formation that exists 15 years sharp. The band is so productive that they released 8 albums for 8 years. The eighth album “Heartbeats and Brainwaves” brought “Electric Six” to “party” tour through Europe which started in the capital of Russia – Moscow. The city they visited not for the first time.
| 10 pm sharp the club was crowded in the way should be named “sold out” when the band went out to the stage. All musicians “only suits and ties” dressed. The frontman Dick Valentine with much colorful outfit was holding the glass of red wine in his arms and mumbling some greeting to the crowd. And the crowd exploded! As several times more during show while the first keyboards arpeggios of “I buy the drugs”, “Down at McDonnelzz” and the main of “Gay Bar” to be played. Despite of the fact the singer’s voice has not been heard the audience screamed out all the words and letters and even mumbles. Cause it was nothing but the best songs of the band and there were true fans or that seemed so. But not only the boys and girls in front of the stage were in euphoria, musicians tried to salute the fans into their faces and jumped from the stage and shook as many hands as the fence could hold the people. |
Well, for everyone who never seen this band the mentions “dance”, “drugs”, “blast” and “must see” are everything.
