Three Italian guys formed a band called Waines. Earlier this year the guys came with the album “Sto” and now they are touring around, playing with the band Drive Like Maria.

It all has to do with pizza’s but forget about that when you get to see this guys. The show starts moderate. Some technical problems, a broken string and some microphones which did not seem to be switched on. That causes the band needing some time to catch the audience. It is the intensity that is slowly building, the amusing way the three of them play together, giving the guitars a strong place in the music but let the drum be the most surprising factor. As their set is halfway, some more vocals seem come in more present. As a performance the band is not extremely active. They seem to be there for the music and only occasionally turn to the audience, in a quite timid way. The band does not always radiate the same intensity as their music brings and that may also have its influence on the audience. At the end of the set the band seem to have won more of the hearts, if only the set was about two or three songs longer they could have got the most out of it.

Drive Like Maria was doing their try-outs here, but due to an upcoming flu Tempelores did not stick around for the whole set.
